The master bedroom boasts a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, while a king bed graces the guest bedroom, and the third bedroom features a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Enjoy the convenience of tile flooring in the living areas and master bedroom, and plush carpeting in the guest bedrooms. Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar. Start your mornings with coffee on the back deck overlooking the serene Santa Rosa Sound, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. AREA ATTRACTIONS:

Navarre Beach is a quaint beach community found just east of Pensacola and boasts 12 miles of sugar white shoreline. Tucked between Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach Marine Park, this beach community offers solitude and simplicity, far from crowded theme parks and packed beaches. You will find solitude and simplicity for sun seekers, families, outdoor adventurers, nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Navarre’s pristine beaches are named among the best in the nation year after year. Visitors can sun on the beach, swim in emerald waters, enjoy a picnic in the park or pedal along a scenic bike path.

While you’re here be sure to visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. Guests can learn all about sea turtles including local celebrity Sweet Pea, a rescued green sea turtle, and conservation education. Snorkel and shore divers will enjoy the beautiful Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary an artificial reef ideal for snorkeling and diving for any skill level. Rent a bike, kayak, or paddleboard at Sage Paddle Company, catch your own dinner at Navarre Beach Fish Pier, visit the animals at Gulf Breeze Zoo or take a scenic drive just minutes from your cozy vacation home down to Pensacola Beach.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. If you’re lucky, you might catch them practicing on any given day while relaxing on the beach. Pensacola Beach also hosts an air show each July, and there is a show over the Naval Air Station each November. If seeing the Blue Angels isn’t enough, venture over to the Pensacola Navy Base for public access to the National Naval Aviation Museum, a Pensacola favorite, offering a rich historical experience for kids and adults alike. Onsite of the base is the Pensacola Lighthouse Museum where you can climb up the winding staircase for breathtaking views or walk down the boardwalk to take pictures on Barrancas Beach. While you’re there, you could also check out Fort Barrancas.

Great place to stay! We even extended an extra night and Pensacola Beach Properties was very helpful throughout the process. This property is super lowkey, and quiet. We rented a golf cart from Navarre Beach Golf Cart Rentals, we hardly drove our truck all week. We had everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, HUGGEE back deck we watched the fireworks on Independence day from all directions as it’s located right next to Santa Rosa Sound and we could even see them from the beach as well. The only thing I would change is if we could stay longer!! The week FLEW by. We will definitely return!! (sooner rather than later).

This place check the boxes for sure, had plenty of space for the six of us staying, was very clean upon arrival, easy to find and the host communication was great. We had one issue on arrive, our door code didn't work, with one phone call and less than 5 minutes we had a new code and were in the house. Although some reviews mentioned the water treatment facility, the palms obscured the view of that, and there was absolutely no smell at all. We did take advantage of the garage access and the bikes in there, we also rented a golf cart to minimize the need for our vehicle while we were there making that short walk to the beach even faster, as well as getting around the area. Overall we had a great experience, our family loved the stay and we look forward to our next trip to the area.

My family of 8 loved this property. It was clean upon arrival and had everything we could need. My kids and I loved riding bikes to the beach and around the neighborhood. We also got a chance to use the paddle boards for the first time and had some close encounters with the manta rays. What a fun trip.

We booked with Airbnb last minute, they where very helpful, we where able to check in early. The house was great very nice back porch, kitchen was great, washer and dryer worked amazing! Loved the vacuum, broom, we cleaned the house and also straightened up the garage, my Husbad is very OcD so every house we stay at we usually try to help do something!!!! We will definitely be coming back! ??

A Great Location and Comfortable House. Kitchen well supplied . Grocery store not far away..
Very Clean and Beds are Comfortable. Can park car under house and get out of the sun when needed.
We enjoyed the Beach Toys and wagon for a short pleasant walk to the beach down the street.
Can access Alot of Beaches from this location ..Area Not as crowded as Pensacola but Pensacola is a short ride down the road .
Also stop at Opal Beach on the way for less crowded Public Beach access.

We had a great time at this house. The beach, which is absolutely beautiful was within a very short walk or bike ride. There were plenty of bicycles in the garage for us all to use as well. The garage was stocked with all kinds of beach toys, kayaks, and even paddle boards. The house was clean and the back deck is very spacious. We would definitely book this property again.

This was a great place. it was easy to locate, and the self check in process was smooth. The house is located on a quiet street that is walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The house was as pictured, the large porch in the back is great for evening cookouts and just sitting and enjoying the views. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to make daily meals. This house was great and my kids enjoyed it alot, we will definitely stay again.

Wonderful home, wonderful family vacation. Check in was easy and we were able to get an early check in at 1 instead of the normal 4 pm check in. The house had so much to offer for kids and adults alike. Fully stocked and comfortable. Walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and there’s plenty of bikes and beach toys to enjoy. Kids loved the ping pong table in the garage, and we loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the gorgeous beach breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay so much that we asked to extend it for one more night and thankfully it was available. This house is fully equipped, it was clean and it has the most beautiful view. They offer so much entertainment, ping pong, kayaks, board games, everything you may need for the beach.
The hosts were super responsive and we would love to stay again in the future!

Property was great, management was very responsive, we had a wonderful time and the amenities were fantastic. Only thing I would have changed is the last couple days we seemed to be downwind from a sewage plant or something. The smell was a little overbearing at times.

Great spot centrally located in Navarre Beach! We enjoyed having equally easy access to either the Navarre public beach facilities or the nearby National Seashore. The home was spotless and seemed brand new. Great amenities. We really appreciated the garage with complimentary bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely home on a quiet street in a great beachside town. Walking distance to beach and sound side. Close to adventures like ft. Pickens and downtown pensacola. Comfortable and beautiful home with fun activities in the garage like bikes, boards, and ping pong.

Property is located on a quiet cul de sac. Sparse landscape feels natural and appropriate for low water use; that's got my seal of approval! Breezy bottom floor can accommodate hammocks, or makes a good spot to walk a small dog. Outdoor shower located exactly where it's needed. Front porch is shady in the morning - perfect for a morning coffee in a comfy rocking chair, while back porch is completely shaded in late afternoon - perfect for barbecuing and gathering with friends. Home is exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. It's super clean, fashionably decorated and has a perfect layout for couples, or families, traveling together. At the risk of exposing a hidden gem, I recommend this home to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable and safe haven. Home can accommodate 2 pets, but my chihuahuas were able to easily escape through the porch railings. Plus, the yard does not have a fenced enclosure with shade for pets.
