Navarre Beach: Florida's Best Kept Secret

Our Best Kept Secret: Navarre Beach

Navarre Beach, Florida

Over the years, the Panhandle of Florida has become a popular vacation spot for visitors looking for less crowded beaches. Florida has no shortage of nightlife activities and is an iconic spot for spring-breakers, but sometimes families want a quieter getaway. Navarre Beach is a small beach town in Florida with the accolades of "Florida's Most Relaxing Place" and "Florida's Best-Kept Secret."

Navarre Beach sits between Pensacola and the Destin/Fort Walton Beaches. The quiet community is not only known for views of the stunning emerald waters, but it is a peaceful getaway for families looking to avoid crowds. Navarre has its fair share of restaurants and attractions itself but is also a short drive from the excitement of Fort Walton Beach, Destin, and Pensacola Beach. Here are a few of our favorite things about Navarre Beach:

Perfect for Families

When traveling with young children or older adults, chances are you want to avoid fighting crowds and traffic at the beach. Nothing is worse than spending an hour in traffic to fight for parking at the beach. Finding family-friendly beaches that aren't packed is difficult, but Navarre fits the bill.

Navarre is still an unincorporated community sitting outside of the city of Pensacola. The community still has everything you need, from grocery stores to pharmacies, but they enjoy peace and quiet. Visitors love the water sports, parks, family movie nights, and not having to wait in crazy lines at restaurants.

Quiet and Secluded

Over the years, we have seen an increase in guests looking for more of a secluded getaway. Not only is the relaxation a perk, but memories are so special on Navarre Beach, where it feels like you're one of few on the beach. It's much easier to take photos on the beach or drive from point A to point B with fewer people around.

Navarre is still considered a bedroom community, so many residents travel to surrounding cities for work and do not bring as much humming noise as other areas. Also, less crowded shops and restaurants make for a smoother vacation.

Gorgeous Beaches

Of course, any beach town along the Emerald Coast is known for stunning emerald waters, crystal clear beaches, and sugary white sand. Along with being the perfect vacation destination, these beaches also make for great photo opportunities and family pictures.

Several of our properties offer gulf-front views in Navarre Beach. Being able to step out onto the balcony or walk down to the beach is a game changer. You’ll never forget when your toes touched the white sand, you heard the waves crashing on the shore, and you were captivated by the sparkling, emerald waters.
